Dear Sir, As we examine and found that the transponder is Precoded and can work with Mahindra XUV 500. So, please use it in Mahindra XUV 500. For the time being, we�ll not take it back as a sales return. In the future, If you feel any issue regarding this then you can re-open this same complaint. Or either can enroll the new complaint.
