Dear Sir, As earlier we informed you that the area where you are located is ODA for our both (TCI or Trackon) service provider. Due to which they are not able to deliver any shipment at your shop. So, whatever cost you have paid to pick the shipment from last hub to till your location. The same cost we�ll pay to you in form of credit note. Hence you are requested to, please collect all the extra money paid bill from the existing service provider and share it with us. So that we can proceed the same. Further, we are starting to deliver all the shipment through Delhivery courier. Now onward you will get the shipment at your shop by this faculty.
