Dear Anil Ji, A Futura Auto Consignment has been booked for Shimla from here on 26th March 2022. As per TAT shared by TCI Express (attached below), J&K region comes under Zone-A which TAT is 3 days. It was to be delivered within 3-4 days. But in actual case, they are taking 8 days to deliver the consignment which is not acceptable at all. Please try to deliver this consignment today. I am getting regular complaints from our Ludhiana customer that he is getting each consignment after 4-5 days from its EDD. Means this faculty is taking 7-8 days� time in Zone-A for delivering the consignments. We have no advantage if this faculty is not able to deliver all the consignments within the defined TAT. This is a matter of very serious concern, please look into it and take necessary action against it.
