5 machines were booked in TCI vide docket no.051365915. The consignment reached Coimbatore depot on 07.12.2020 @ 2.30 p.m.Local TCI employee told me that goods can be delivered the next day only.1 Swift machine was urgent for me.So I sent my staff in 2 wheeler and collected 1 Swift plus only.They vomited to deliver the balance 4 cartons the next day.But both of their phones are either switched off,not reachable or mostly ringing,but no response.Kindly arrange to make them deliver today. Already I have requested many times to book by any alternate transporter.Because TCI service @ Coimbatore is always the worst.Never able to get goods in time. Any transporter will deliver goods the next day after reaching Chennai. But in TCI it will take 3 days after coming Chennai. Kindly either try to resolve delay issues or look for an alternate transporter.
